Admin: Quickstart Checklist

Your clinic is new to Aeon and as the admin for the Clinic's Aeon account, you will set up and prepare information so that the account is configured for the clinic's Practitioners and Staff.

What Description
  Accept your Aeon Invite You will receive an email inviting you to the Aeon account.  You will set up your password.
  Set up Multi Factor Authentication Set up an authenticator to be able to securely access your clinic's Aeon account.
  Set up Mickey and Minnie Test Profiles Aeon has detailed training for Practitioners and Staff.  To complete this, Test Profiles for Mickey and Minnie need to be created by one individual at your clinic.
  Set the Clinic Information In Aeon, go to Settings > Clinic and enter the clinic's contact information.
  Set up the Fax Information In order to have your faxes sent directly to Aeon, you can add this information at Settings > Integrations.  We suggest testing after you set it up.  New faxes will arrive in Inbox > New.
  Set up your eForms Speak to Aeon Support for assistance.
  Create Specialists Practitioners will create referrals for Consultations.  Collect the Facilities and Specialists and enter them in Aeon at Consults > Facilities and Consults > Practitioners
  Create Contacts Outside of Patients and Specialists, Contacts that your clinic deals with can be created within the Contacts tab.  We'd suggest exporting your contacts from the current program, removing duplicates and expired, then creating them within Aeon.
