Description
The Resources area in Aeon lets clinics centrally manage key external resources that support patient care. Resources are organized into several components:
Facilities
External clinics or healthcare sites that you link to patient consults and referrals. A facility can have multiple locations and can be associated with the practitioners who work there.
Practitioners
External specialists that you connect to patient consults and referrals. Practitioners can be linked to the facilities they practice out of, helping your team quickly route consults to the right provider.
Contacts
A shared contact list for any external individuals you want recorded in Aeon (for example, community partners or vendor contacts). This ensures your entire clinic team has consistent access to up‑to‑date contact details.
Pharmacies
A centralized list of pharmacies that can be linked as Preferred Pharmacies for your patients. Pharmacies selected for patients are stored here, and you can pre-populate this list with local pharmacies to make assigning a Preferred Pharmacy faster and more consistent.

Create Contacts
1. Click Resources in the left column
2. Click Contacts
3. Click New Contact
4. Fill out the form
5. Click Save
Pharmacies
A centralized list of pharmacies that can be linked as Preferred Pharmacies for your patients.
