Exporting your Panel from Aeon

According to Section 45 of the LFP Payment Schedule, Feb. 23, 2026, panel reporting (PAS) is required under the LFP model to support panel-based payments.

  1. Contact Aeon Support to request a patient panel export (CSV)
  2. Upload the panel using Dr.Bill’s free panel upload tool (supports .csv, .xls, .xlsx)

 

Panel uploads are typically completed on a recurring basis (e.g., quarterly), depending on MSP requirements.  Please refer to the LFP Payment Schedule with questions.
