Managing Patient Invites

Review, resend, and revoke invitations sent to new patients

Environment:

Practitioner and Staff accounts.

You'll see icons at the bottom right of the video screen that will allow you to change the speed, quality, or size of the video and move between chapters.  You can also turn on the CC/Subtitles.

 

 

Review an Invitation:

1. Click Patients in the left column

2. Click Invitations at the top of the screen

3. You will see filters at the top of the list depending on the status of the invite:

  • All:  All invites, regardless of the status

  • Invited: Invites that have been sent to the new patient where the patient has not completed the form, or invites sent that have not expired, or invites that have not been revoked by you (or someone in your clinic)

  • Accepted:  Invites where the patient has filled out the information form and submitted their acceptance

  • Expired:  Invites that were sent to the new patient but were not completed within 30 days

  • Revoked:  Invites that were sent to the new patient, but before the new patient could complete the form, you or someone from your clinic revoked the invite

4. Click the title of the invite to see all the details

 

Resend an Invitation

5. Continuing from step 4, click Resend at the top right of the invite

 

Revoke an Invitation

6. Continuing from step 4, click Revoke at the top right of the invite
