- BC Practitioners that have exported Billing Claims from Aeon and are ready to import them to ClinicAid
Importing a Billing Claim
To complete these instructions, you must have already exported your Billing Claims from Aeon.

1. Have your downloaded .csv from Aeon handy - Note that ClinicAid requires Imports on a per Provider basis. So you will need to create an export for each Practitioner individually and then when you get to step 5, choose the Practioner's name.
2. In ClinicAid, click Create Invoice in the left column
3. Click Import Invoices
4. Change the Date Format to YYYY-MM-DD
5. Choose the Provider
6. Choose Select File
7. Choose the file from your computer
8. Run Test Import
9. If there are no issues, click Confirm Import and Run Live
