# Edit a Recurring Calendar Appointment
## The workflow on editing recurring appointments in Aeon’s Calendar
### Instructions
🎓 **Training Tip:** Any edits made to a recurring Calendar appointment will only apply to that specific appointment in the series. The change will not be applied to all appointments.
If you want to change all upcoming appointments in that series, you would need to [delete the appointment](https://help.aeon.health/how-to-delete-recurring-appointments?hsLang=en) (and all future events in the series) and create a new recurring appointment.
1\. Click **Calendar** in the left column
2\. In the main part of the screen, click on the **appointment** you want to edit
3\. You will now see the **Appointment Details** window on the right side (If you don’t see the Appointment Details window on the right side, expand your browser to full width)
4\. Click the **edit icon** at the bottom right of the Appointment Details
5\. Make the changes to the appointment
6\. **Save**
You will see the change has been made to this specific event in the series.
