As a new Aeon user, the best way to learn the program is to complete our Mickey and Minnie Training Scenarios. These scenarios let you follow along with the instructor while you learn and practice using Aeon features.
Training Tip 🎓: These profiles are for Practitioners only
All Practitioners will share 1 Mickey Mouse and 1 Minnie Mouse patient profile. The Staff training includes instructions to create separate patient profiles.
These training lessons utilize "test" patient profiles in your Aeon account so that all "testing" data remains confined to these specific profiles.
One individual from your clinic needs to complete the following steps to create the Patient Profiles so that all practitioners can use them.
1. Click Patients in the left column
2. Click New Patient
3. Enter the data per the image below (mandatory fields marked with * ):
Training Tip 🎓: After you fill out the Patient information, you can move over to the second tab Personal Information to enter more data if you like.
4. Click Save
5. Repeat the steps above to create the Minnie Mouse Profile using this data:
Now that you have created Test Patients to be used by Practitioners in your clinic, you can jump into the Mickey and Minnie training!
