How to create Facilities and Practitioners for Consults

Instructions

Create Facilities

1. Go to Resources in the left column

2. Go to Facilities

3. Search the Facility in the Search area to ensure you are not creating a duplicate

4. Click New Facility

5. Fill out the fields (mandatory fields marked with * )

6. If the facility has multiple locations, give this facility a name under Location Name, and then click the + Add Facility Location at the bottom of the screen 

7. Save

Create Practitioners

1. Go to Resources in the left column

2. Go to Practitioners

3. Search the Practitioner's name in the Search area to ensure you are not creating a duplicate

4. Click New Practitioner

5. Fill out the fields (mandatory fields marked with * )

6. Save

Link the Practitioner to the Facility

1. Go back to the Facilities page

Note:  Right now, when you look at the Facility, it says it has No practitioners

2. Click the name of the Facility you created to open it 

3. Click Add Practitioner (halfway down the page)

4. Search for the Practitioner and choose their name

5. Click Add

6. Repeat for multiple Practitioners at the same Facility

The Facility and Practitioner are now created in Aeon and linked together.  They can be used in the creation of Consults.
