How to Assign a Task to Someone Else

Assign a Task to a staff member or colleague 

Environment

  • Any Role

Instructions

1. Click Tasks in the left column

2. Click New Task

3. Choose if it is a Booking Task or a General Task

4. Give the Task a title

5. Add any details

6. In the Assigned To field, start to type in the name of the individual you want to assign the task to, and then choose it from the dropdown, or type Staff to assign to all staff members

7. In the Patient field, start to type in the name of the patient and then choose it from the dropdown

8. Choose a due date

9. Choose to Follow the Task which will add a coloured star to the item and easily seen in your list

10. At the top right of the Task, choose the priority (Low, Normal, High)

11. Click Add Task
