Guide to using Slack
Learn how to communicate with Aeon Support during Early Access
Quick Links
Description
Aeon is excited to offer Slack access to Early Access clinics to make communication a breeze. Slack is a well-loved collaboration tool that makes messaging and file sharing super easy for teams. Instead of juggling emails, Slack lets us chat instantly. Plus, since Aeon staff are spread across different time zones, you'll get your answers faster!
Use
Everyone in your clinic who is invited to Early Access will have access to the Slack account to:
- Ask questions, raise ideas, discuss concerns and receive timely responses
- See the communication happening between others to learn from and avoid duplication
- Take part in video calls using Slack Huddles
- Share supporting information to help diagnose issues
Location
Aeon will send you an invite to the Slack Channel for your clinic. This channel is a "room" that is for your clinic only!
How To
Here are some resources developed by Slack, though you can always do a search on their knowledge base at https://slack.com/help
Training Tip 🎓: Note that when you search for articles, you, as an Aeon Early Access User, are an external user using Slack Connect. You may see references to many things that are not part of your access.
