Create a Patient Label
Install and connect your label printer, then print patient labels directly from Aeon for charts, lab forms, and paperwork

Set up your DYMO printer
1. Before connecting the printer to your computer, install and open the DYMO Connect software. You should have received a setup guide from DYMO that walks through these steps
2. Plug the printer into a power outlet using the included power adapter and cable
3. With the DYMO Connect software running, connect the printer to your computer using the included USB cable
4. DYMO Connect should automatically detect the printer. If it does not, refer to the troubleshooting section in the DYMO manual or their online help resources
Print your patient label
5. In Aeon, click Patients in the left-hand navigation
6. Search for and open the correct patient
7. At the top of the patient’s page, just below their name, click Label
8. A label will print containing the following information:

Patient’s name, PHN, age, phone number, address, date of birth, and sex

Practitioner’s name and billing number
